Grounded Guidance for You and Your Child

Some parenting and family situations require more focused support.
Heart To Yours Family Life Services provides specialty support to help mothers become informed, prepared, and confident as they navigate advocacy, parenting concerns, and difficult co-parenting dynamics.
Our goal is to help you understand what you're navigating, communicate clearly, make grounded decisions, and better support yourself and your child.
Advocacy & Parent Education
Become a Clear, Confident Advocate for Your Child
You know your child best. But when you're preparing for an important meeting, trying to understand your options, or communicating concerns, knowing how to move forward isn't always easy.
Through advocacy support and parent education, I help you become more informed, organized, and confident so you can communicate clearly, ask meaningful questions, and advocate effectively for your child.
Advocacy & Parent Education May Include:
✓ Preparing for school meetings, including 504 and IEP conversations
✓ Organizing concerns, questions, and important information
✓ Understanding your options before making important decisions
✓ Preparing for conversations with schools and other providers
✓ Strengthening communication and advocacy skills
✓ Identifying community resources and support for your family
Certified Behavioral Health Case Management
-
Certified Behavioral Health Case Management is a separate, eligibility-based service available to qualified Medicaid and Sooner Select clients. Services may include 504 and IEP advocacy and assistance connecting families with appropriate community resources.

Co-Parenting Support
Become the Steady, Emotionally Safe Parent Your Child Can Count On
You cannot control what happens in the other household or how another parent chooses to communicate. You can strengthen how you respond, communicate, make decisions, and support your child through difficult circumstances.
Co-Parenting Support is designed for mothers navigating challenging or high-conflict co-parenting dynamics who want to remain grounded, communicate more effectively, and keep their child's needs at the center without becoming consumed by the conflict.
Co-Parenting Support May Include:
✓ Communicating clearly when conversations are difficult
✓ Keeping your child's needs at the center of parenting decisions
✓ Organizing and documenting important information calmly and factually
✓ Developing practical boundaries
✓ Preparing for difficult conversations
✓ Supporting your child's emotional safety while navigating co-parenting challenges
This work is not about changing the other parent. It is about strengthening how you show up for yourself and your child.
